防爆铅酸蓄电池铲运机的优化改进设计

摘要: 铲运机的工作机构往往影响着清理浮煤的效率,文章针对在前期工业性试验期间铲运机工作时的突出问题进行分析,并进行了技术改进和设计计算。详细介绍了改进后的铲运机的工作机构和部分重要器件的工作原理,并进行了铲运机铲斗装载阻力计算和倾翻油缸的浮动作用校核。经神东大柳塔煤矿使用验证得知改进工作机构后的铲运机能很好地满足井下清理浮煤和搬运货物的需要,为生产提供了极大的便利,提高了工作效率。

Abstract: Explosion-proof battery LHD is mainly used to clean up the remaining floating coal on the ground after continuous miners cutting, and with its no-pollution advantage in the underground being widely used gradually. However, the working mechanism of the LHD often affects the efficiency of cleaning up the floating coal. According to analyzing the problems occurred in the former industrial test, the technical improvement and design calculation was carried out. It was found that the LHD with the improved working mechanism was well enough to meet the needs in underground of cleaning up floating mine and handling cargo in DaLiuTa coal mine, which provided great convenience for production and improved work efficiency.
